Came out 4 times with very little equipment and problem still wasn’t fixed.

We had an issue with our system not charging while out cruising, we had people look at this before this company and both tested the alternator which was found to be working.This company tested and said it needed new bushes and diodes…..still wasn’t the problem .I called the previous owner while this company was there (this craft is new to us this year) and he suggested eliminating the shunts to see what happens… these thought they were fuses, ‘because of his suggestion’ wires were found to be melted in one of the shunts that this company have charged us for finding, after eliminating the shunts it still wasn’t working so these went away scratching there heads, we was going out for a week so said to ring them when we was back, while we was out we obviously lost power all together so had to get somebody out to sort it. After an hour of them being there the problem was fixed.

I then called this company to invoice us for the alternator they had refurbed… only to get an invoice for £260 with the problem still not fixed.

Very happy with the service replacing the flue for our Morso Squirrel. Great CLEAN job, new ropes, new flue, new fire bricks and painted the stove. Very happy with the result. Roll on winter when we can light it!

I contacted TBS to get a second opinion on some work that had been carried out on our boat which I was not happy with.

They came out within 24hrs & was shocked at the state of repairs that had been carried out. They arranged to get it into the boat yard straight away. They were very accomadating, reasurring & helpful. They gave us free sure line hook up, access to the on site elsan and water.

They explained at every step of the way, what was wrong, why it was wrong & how they were going to put it right. They went above and beyond and their work was second to none. Would definitely recommend TBS and extremely good value for money.
